Getting A New Pet
Are You or Are You About to Become a New Pet Parent?
There are many things for you to take into consideration when adding another furry friend to your family. Do you already have pets? What “tricks” will you (or should you) teach your pet? What kind of food should you buy? How do you make it affordable?
The first step is to make an appointment with one of our veterinarians so they can examine your pet, administer the appropriate vaccinations, and do a few tests to make sure he or she is happy and healthy.
Make sure to fill out the below forms before your first appointment:
Discuss Important Topics with Your Veterinarian:
- Microchipping: Approximately 20% of lost dogs and less than 2% of lost cats who were not microchipped were reunited with their families. When microchipped, 52% of dogs and almost 40% of cats were returned home.
- Paws4Wellness: Discover plans that cover all of your pet’s preventative and wellness needs for a single monthly payment.
- Pet Nutrition: Feeding your new pet a healthy and nutritious diet is one of the most important things to do.
